Meet Jessica

As a Montana born & raised Chef, my cuisine highlights the best of local Montana ingredients and combines it with international flavors to create meals that are memorable, beautiful and complex. I take pride in going the extra mile for my clients with dedication to communication, technique and culinary innovations.

Bowl & Arrow opened in Bozeman, Montana in 2016 and since then has been creating one-of-a-kind, locally sourced and sensationally delicious dining experiences. As a lover of all things food and Montana, I focus on creating unique dishes inspired by the beauty and bounty that the Big Sky State has to offer.

I also specialize in Wedding Cakes and Desserts, which has allowed me to tap into my artistic side in a whole new way. My cakes and desserts are more flavor forward rather than just sweet and feature flavor combinations that you won’t find anywhere else. My Chef side and sophisticated palette (honed by years of creation and cooking) is able to elevate a simple cake into something completely extraordinary. 

Currently I have the honor of being a sought after Private Chef, Caterer & Wedding Cake Designer for The Yellowstone Club, Big Sky, Bozeman, Jackson Hole, Livingston and beyond. Bowl and Arrow Private Chef Services is based in Bozeman MT - just a short drive from where I grew up as a 5th generation Montanan.

Food always brings people together, whether that’s family, friends, or strangers. I love the emotion that food evokes in people and am in awe of how a single bite can transport you to a memory of another time or place, fill you with warmth and bring true contentment. Food is my love language, and I cannot wait to share that passion with you!
